Oh little Mally

Today I went to put Mallory down for her nap and decided to lay with her for a minute. I was just enjoying snuggling and smelling her and wishing that she would stay like this forever, so I said "Mally, I don't want you to grow up anymore, I want you to stay 3 forever." She then said " Okay mom then just don't have my birthday." I laughed and said " Okay, well if you want to stay little forever then how about you be two instead cause thats even littler." She said " Mom, I can't be two again" " Why?" I ask. " because Jesus won't let me mom." Oh man, kids can be too cute sometimes.

Well, my little girl is turning 4 on August 10th and it makes me sad to know how fast time goes and that I can't really not have her birthday to keep her this little and cute. She has been someone in my life that has taught me a lot already. She has taught me patience and to have a sense of humor instead of getting mad at things. She is an awesome big sister to her two little brothers and is so good at doing what I ask. I love you so much and am so glad that I get to be your mom!

Alisha you inspire me to be a better mom evertime I read your blog! Lately I think having a sense of humor is what my 3 year old has been trying to teach me. I sorta lost the humor having the third kid and trying to adjust. I think I'm finally getting the fact that it's better to just laugh at all the craziness.

Alisha you are a great mom and I have enjoyed this blog so much! Mally is a doll and so special to me, I will never get tired of her wanting me to hold her and saying "grandma can I come to your house". It is true that "children are the hands by which we take hold of heaven".

Alisha that is such a sweet blog. I love Mallory she is a sweet niece. I am so glad she is starting to open up and be herself around us more. She is so fun. And is Emma one of the little girls in the picture of Mallory in the highchair? Obviously we haven't been able to stop her from growing up either! She looks so little in that picture!

Have you ever thought about making some extra money on the side and hiring your kids out for modeling?? You wouldn't have to share all that money and just think of the family vacations. ')

How cute are you Alisha, what a neat mom. It was so good seeing you and Sarah at the gym yesterday. I was worried I wasn't going to see you guys before I moved. So that really made my day. You both are looking in great shape. Hope your training is going well. Good luck you will do great.
