Memories...come on everyones doin' it.

Well, I guess I will play along, it has been fun to comment on others blogs about my memories of them so it should be fun to get some back. So here are the instructions...

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.

You are pretty much in my every memory for the first 5 years of my married life. Playing games all night, gas station runs or when we were feeling really rich, Wendy's runs. Also, sitting out on your porch all afternoon when we were pregnant and just doing nothing all day. The good old days, where did they go?

k, I have the BEST memories with you. I remember your childhood phone number still...(I won't recite it here). I must have called it a million times.
I remember going to your Uncles fancy and posh parties where we had to dress up and act nice.
I remember your house always smelled SOO good.
I remember when we pretended we went to the dinosaur museum to work, but we ditched and went and got sodas instead...someone saw us and we got in BIG trouble.
I remember riding bikes, falling, then really thinking we were sisters because we squished our cut knees together.
I LOVED playing Anne of Green Gables and still watch the shows with nostalgia for 3rd grade.
And...Lunch a couple months ago was a BLAST. We should do that again so our kids can be best friends (and blood sisters) too.

I have so many great memories with you over the years but the first one to come to mind was you birthday parties down at grandma's house and how we loved to swing from the branches of that huge willow tree. Do you remember how we would try to get people to drink from that well water in her back yard and how gross it was? I also remember how jealous I was of the enormous bows your mom used to put in your hair. You always looked so adorable. I think it is time we get together and make some new memories. Can you bring the bows?????

How about the sex education lesson Gehrig gave you guys when you picked him up from Salt Lake? Or watching me flip out of the RV? I always love coming to your house for game night or to hang out because you make sure to have yummy snacks. I will always look back fondly on how cute my little nieces and nephews are. And how fun it is to have them at our house. We love you guys!

I remember the time you and Brent lived with me when you were pregnant with MaKenna and how we would get Taco Bell at 11:00 at night and stay up and talk and go watch all the fires that summer!!!
All the times we would go to Dairy Queen (too bad it is gone) and then drive around and look at houses. Thanks you two for being such a wonderful part of my life and for all the special things you have done for me (especially those beautiful, fun little grandkids). Love you all so much!

Brent this one is for you.....I remember when I found out (years later) that it was you who broke into the house from sneeking out and I called the police thinking it was a stranger trying to break in. And the night you nearly burned the condo down (and burnt all the hair on your arms!!) when you lit the gas fireplace. And you think Brady is "Dennis the Menace"
And don't forget when you ran over my foot with your car....BUT I STILL love you anyway!!
